PharmaEngine established "Regulations for Prevention, Complaint and Discipline of Sexual Harassment" to provide a sexual harassment-free workplace for all employees, job applicants and any other personnel. The Regulations also include the appropriate prevention, correction, punishment and management measures to protect the rights and privacy for the subjects. The Regulations also set a specific complainant channel to protect the complainant information and rights. Moreover, PharmaEngine provides sexual harassment related training for all employees to understand the importance of mutual respect and related laws and regulations.

★In 2022, the Company conducted Human Rights Policy course with a total of 26 participants.

★In 2023, the Company conducted a Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention course with a a total of 37 participants.
Harmonious Labor Relations
PharmaEngine provides dynamic and smooth labor-employer communication channels and regularly holds labor relations meetings to discuss topics such as employee rights and benefits. This helps to protect employee rights, enhance labor-employer relations, and create a friendly work environment.

We set up labor meetings, which are held at least once every quarter. The topics of the meeting include labor welfare, workspace safety, labor health, and agreement between labor and employer. The participating members include two representatives from the employee side and two from the employer side. Labor participation accounts for one half of the meeting participation. The Welfare Committees and the Director of Human Resources are also invited to attend the meeting.

Any new or revised measures of PharmaEngine concerning labor relations are finalized after the two parties have fully communicated and reached an agreement. Therefore, there is no dispute and the relationship between the employer and employees is harmonious.
